regardless of age or nationality.
Seniors, students, parents, and friends—all are welcome!
The 30 groups who advance to the finals
will perform on the big stage at Shibuya Cultural Center Owada,
showing their voice and performance skills.
Singing ability, expression, character,
and passion for Shibuya are also judging points.
There will also be radio broadcasts in Shibuya,
so your voice will echo throughout the city.

Important Notes Regarding Final Round Viewing
- Applications for viewing are limited to a maximum of four persons per booking.
- Applications are required for pre-school children as well.
- Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the capacity limit (500 persons) is reached. Depending on circumstances, on-the-day registration may also be available.
- Seating within the venue is unreserved. (Some areas may be reserved for staff or equipment.)
- Performers and programme content are subject to change without notice.
- Please check the rules regarding support in the special website's “Q&A: Frequently Asked Questions” and “About Viewing”.
- Please be advised that recording and photography for promotional purposes will take place within the venue. Attendees may be captured in footage.

“SHIBUYA NODOJIMAN” is a karaoke event
in collaboration with Shibuya no Radio.
Highlights from the preliminary rounds are currently being broadcast as a special program.
In addition, the final round will be broadcast live on Saturday, February 7, from 12:50 PM to 5:50 PM (JST).
Furthermore, the special program “SHIBUYA NODOJIMAN,” which has been airing weekly since October 2025, will expand to twice a week starting in January 2026, airing every Wednesday and Thursday. Across these broadcasts, all 30 finalists will be introduced—please look forward to it.
*Song performances will be broadcast live only and will not be available in the archive.

About Preliminary and Final Rounds
- Only those who can definitely participate in the final round (Feb 7, 2026) may enter.
- Please participate in the preliminary round on the dates provided by the secretariat.
- If the number of entries exceeds the limit, participants will be selected by lottery.

About Entry
- Each team or individual may perform only once.
- Participants cannot enter both as a team and as an individual (multiple entries are not allowed).
- If multiple entries are discovered, the entry may be canceled.
- Only those who were not selected in the preliminary lottery may re-enter.
- Professional performers are not eligible.
- To withdraw, please contact the secretariat by email.

About Teams
- Up to 8 members per team. Maximum 4 microphones per team.
- All team members must reside, work, or study in Shibuya.
- Changing members between preliminary and final rounds is generally not allowed.

ID Verification
- At the preliminary round reception, IDs proving "residence, work, or study in Shibuya" will be checked. Please present one of the following valid IDs at reception. If you do not bring an ID, you will not be allowed to participate in the preliminary round.
- Residents: Photo ID (Driver"s license, My Number card, etc.)
- Workers: Photo ID (Driver"s license, My Number card, etc.) + company ID card or two business cards
- Students: Public ID such as health insurance card + student ID (optional). If you have another item proving enrollment (e.g., name tag), please bring it.
- Minors (under 18): A parental consent form must be submitted.

About Songs
- Both preliminary and final rounds require 2 chorus performances.
- Only songs registered with DAM（https://www.clubdam.com/karaokesearch/）may be used.
- Songs with live tracks are not allowed.
- Please provide your song at the time of preliminary entry. Changes are not allowed in principle.
- Song changes are allowed if advancing to the final. We will confirm songs when notifying finalists.
- If you have a preferred key, please inform us at reception on the day.

Portrait Rights
- Videos, audio, and images recorded by the secretariat may be published on SHIBUYA NODOJIMAN, Shibuya-ku publicity (SNS, posters, official materials), and Shibuya Radio. Please understand in advance.

- Collected personal information will be used to contact participants as necessary for the tournament. Forprivacy policy, please check the official website.

- Travel and practice costs for preliminary and final rounds must be borne by the participant.
Notice
The following actions are prohibited regarding entry and participation in preliminary and final rounds. Participants violating these, or potentially violating them as judged by the organizers, may be excluded from evaluation.

- Harassment or discriminatory expressions based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, social status, politics, or other opinions
- Sexual, obscene, violent, cruel, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Self-harm or promotion of illegal drug use or other criminal acts
- Infringement of third-party rights including reputation, social credibility, copyright, trademark, portrait rights, privacy, etc.
- Promotion of individuals, organizations, companies, products, or services
- Pre-election activities or activities similar to election campaigns
- Falsification in entry applications
- Violations of the Participation Agreement
